How to Remove an Email Account in cPanel

This article will show you how to remove an email account in cPanel.


1. Log in to cPanel

Use your user details to log in to the cPanel control panel.

2. Navigate to the Email Section

Scroll down and find the Email section in cPanel.

3. Access the Email Accounts Page

Click on the Email Accounts option under the Email section.

4. Locate the Email Account to Remove

In the Email Accounts page, find the email account you want to remove and click on Manage.

5. Remove the Email Account

After selecting the email account, in the top left, click on the Delete button.

6. Confirm Deletion

A confirmation prompt will appear. Click Delete to confirm that you want to permanently remove the email account.


Congratulations! You’ve successfully removed the email account from your cPanel control panel.
